I'm sorry it's been such a long time since my last post, but I wanted to share that many items from Body Solid are available for immediate shipping.

Cast and rubber grip plates as well as rubber hex dumbbells are currently available.  We still have no availability on colored rubber grip plates and a small variety of assorted other items.  Most Body Solid orders are now drop-shipped - simply put, we can take your order and have Body Solid ship the product directly to you.  I've updated the website to the best of my ability with the goal of it being a reliable representation of what we can immediately ship.

Most Spirit, Nautilus, BowFlex, WaterRower, Schwinn Fitness and Body Craft products are also available for immediate shipment.
