Return Policy...

Customer satisfaction is Very Important to The Fitness Store. We realize that if you're satisfied with your purchase, you'll look to us for future purchases. We will gladly accept returns of our quality products under the following conditions:

• All items must be returned in 7 days of receipt for refund credit (a 10% restocking fee will apply).
• Customer MUST email ahead to receive a return authorization number. Items MUST be shipped post paid to our warehouse.
• Initial shipping costs will be deducted from the credited amount.
• Items MUST be returned in new, unused condition, in it's original packaging.
• Orders that are being built specifically for the customer, CDs, DVDs and electronic products are not returnable.
• Refund can only be obtained through web-site credit. We are sorry, but we cannot offer cash, check or credit card credits.
• In the event of a defective product, exchange can only be for the same make and model of the item orignally purchased.

To insure the highest quality products, at the lowest price, we reserve the right to reject returns on used, abused or misused products. Items should be insured on the return shipping. Damage caused in shipment on uninsured items is not covered or able to be credited under the terms of this policy.
